Claude Vuichard began his pilot career in 1980 in Gruyere, Switzerland. He has logged over 16,000 flight hours and holds 15 different type ratings. He is the developer of the “Vuichard Recovery Technique,” a technique so named by Tim Tucker, chief instructor at Robinson Helicopter Company. Today, he is active worldwide as a keynote speaker, an aviation consultant and flight instructor for specialized training (VFR, IFR, NIT NVIS and Aerial Work).
Claude Vuichard received the 2018 Salute to Excellence BLR Aerospace Safety Award from the Helicopter Association International.
